Norway winter multi-activity programme - Based in the Bykle Hotel in Setesdal

This Adventure1 program incorporates a mix of ice climbing, dog sledding, cross country skiing and sleeping in an igloo. Over two days you will learn the basic skiing and emergency techniques necessary to equip you with the skills to get you through a two day one night ski tour to your overnight igloo (see picture below) destination just 12 km from our lodge accommodation (including how to build an emergency snow shelter equipped with just your skis!).

On returning to your cabin next day at the lodge, you will be preparing for your dog sledding trip with your partner through the forest in Heroes of Telemark country, commanding your very own team of six dogs, stopping for a lunch of stew and hot chocolate in a teepee, whilst your furry friends eagerly await your return to the sled for the second half of the journey.
